Therefore, it is necessary to understand concretely and correctly about the management of improving
the quality of education in schools. In this context, the focus on school customer satisfaction, both
internal and external customers, must be met. With effective leadership, it is ensured that school
performance has increased continuously. Therefore, management and leadership have a strong
influence on the achievement of school achievement, or expected high performance.
