STRATEGI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBANGUN PARENTAL TRUST UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT MENYEKOLAHKAN ANAK DI SDIT AS-SALAM ISLAMIC GREEN SCHOOL KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstrak / Ringkasan

This study aims to investigate: (1) the principal's leadership strategy in building parental trust; (2) the branding implementation strategy based on the Islamic Green School concept in creating a unique positioning; and (3) the implications of these strategies on parental trust and parents' interest in enrolling their children at SDIT As-Salam Islamic Green School, Kabupaten Bogor.
This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Primary and secondary data were gathered through direct observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation review. Data analysis was conducted using the qualitative model of Miles & Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study indicate that: (1) the principal's leadership strategy in building parental trust is carried out by fully committing to realizing the school's vision, mission, and core values, establishing proactive and open communication, and consistently maintaining the quality of education and services; (2) the branding strategy based on the Islamic Green School concept is implemented through establishing an authentic brand identity, reinforcing a unique positioning compared to competitors, and making optimal use of various communication channels; (3) the implications of this combined strategy have successfully built parental trust, boosted parents' interest in enrolling their children, and fostered deep loyalty among parents.
