Pemanfaatan Isi Konten TikTok @vmulina Terhadap Kebutuhan Informasi Seputar Dunia Kerja Bagi Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir

The internet has become a vital communication tool as technology and information advances. In Indonesia, 78.19 percent of the population uses the internet, especially for social media such as TikTok. This application is a platform for creativity, entertainment and information. Vina Muliana creates educational content about the world of work, including job vacancy information, interview tips and CV guides, making job searches easier with online technology. The survey shows JobStreet is the most popular job search site with access to 82% of job seekers. However, competition remains fierce due to the imbalance between applicants and vacancies. Vina Muliana helps by providing insight and motivation through TikTok. This research aims to measure the influence of TikTok @vmuliana content in meeting final year students' information needs about the world of work, using a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and accidental sampling methods. The research results show that TikTok content @vmuliana has a positive and significant effect with a regression coefficient of 840, influencing 66.3% of final year students' work information needs. Suggestions from researchers for future researchers who want to conduct similar research, especially for students in the Communication Sciences study program. So that Vina Muliana's research can be known by many people with various types of research, research must be differentiated in terms of the variables and methods used.
