KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN MODAL PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

A lot of competition in the industrial world makes industries suffer losses. To remain competitive, effective
and efficient human resource management is very important so that employees can be attached to their work.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life and psychological capital on work
attachment in employees at CV Berlian Jaya Mandiri.
This study uses a quantitative approach with 50 employees using population sampling techniques,
namely census studies.
Data collection methods using interviews, and psychological measurement instruments, namely the Quality of Work Life scale, Psychological Capital (PCQ) and Work Attachment (UWES) with reliability tests using Cronbach alpha. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, normality test, and linearity test.
The reliability test on the work attachment variable is 0.864, on the work life quality variable is 0.843,
and on the psychological capital variable is 0.916. Rank Spearman Rho analysis (r = 0.427, p> 0.002) indicates
a fairly strong and significant positive relationship between quality of work life and work engagement, (r = 0.639,
p> 0.000) indicates a strong and significant positive relationship between psychological capital and work
engagement. In the multiple linear regression test, there is a significant positive influence between quality of work
life and psychological capital on work engagement with a value of t = 23.810, p=0.0
