ABSTRACT
Aulia Fizka Aqsatha, 41183527180005. Archives Management at the Bekasi Cyber Park Mall. Diploma 3 (three) Administrative Management Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic University “45” Bekasi. Advisor Ratna Emaliah, S.Sos., MSi.. This study aims to determine: To describe how archive management is at the Bekasi Cyber Park Mall and to describe the obstacles faced in archive management at the Bekasi Cyber Park Mall. The research method that the author uses are: Observation, Interview, Literature Study. Records Management includes: recording, controlling and distributing, storing, maintaining, monitoring, moving and destroying. Obstacles encountered: Every activity at the Bekasi Cyber Park Mall is integrated with each other: Staffing: meetings, departmental/departmental activity reports related to Tenant Administration in the form of correspondence, Minutes of handover, complaint forms, and others . Each activity process has been in accordance with the flow chart / flow that has been designed by the Building Management Team. at Mall Bekasi Cyber Park compose. It was concluded that at Mall Bekasi Cyber Park, Archives Management was in accordance with the concept of good archive management. This is evidenced by archive management activities in the field of management including creation activities to archive destruction activities through management functions (planning, organizing, implementing and supervising). The first step is planning activities, namely carrying out activities according to the flow chart / flow set by the Building Management. The next step is the implementation, namely the activities of organizing archives, fulfilling archive equipment, carrying out archival procedures. The last step is supervision carried out by internal parties (managers).
